Kirsty Lockhart
With over ten years experience in Letting and Property Management, it's safe to say that letting is now also quite the hobby for Kirsty! She particularly enjoys refurbishments, conversions and scrawling through Rightmove on her days off. As our HMO Specialist, Kirsty leads landlords through the HMO process to grant of a new HMO license!

Cerys Hart
Cerys is our Maintenance Manager and Property Inspector. She comes from a letting background and joined our team with prior experience of the property sector. Cerys particularly enjoys meeting new tenants, arranging maintenance visits for contractors and inspecting new properties to prepare for marketing!

Gillian Collins
Gillian is our Newton House property manager and deals with setting up tenancies for students from all over the world. She has a wealth of experience in property management and most enjoys helping new tenants get to know their new flatmates and recommending exciting places in Glasgow for overseas tenants to visit.

Ryan is our Letting Negotiator and deals with advertising properties, arranging viewings through to applications and the move in process. Ryan likes to meet new potential tenants and take them through the whole process of finding, viewing and moving into potential properties.
