Good letting agency. Clear communication throughout and the team at west end letting were helpful with any issues we had over the year and a half we were with them.

We act as factors over some properties in which West End Lettings have their tenants.  In dealing with client queries, I  have found Kirsty and Cerys to be very professional, helpful and informative.  Whatever has been required, they have sought to find answers to my questions and reach a solution quickly.  Very quick responses in all cases and they seem to go the extra mile to assist. We found the licensing procedure so complex and a lot to take in but Kirsty was able to guide us through and simplify the whole process. We are so pleased we now have her expertise to help us manage the flat and our tenants on a day to day basis.

The accommodation is very secure and rooms are perfect for studying. The staff are so friendly and if theres ever a problem it's easy to report it and quickly fixed. Would highly recommend to anybody needing to find city centre accommodation.
